Created to combat the negative impacts of COVID-19, Free Your Mind Friday gives artists a virtual platform to share their art form and release unhealthy tension.

In Partnership with Tuyeni Akanke, The Home Girl Huddle Panel Discussion is an intergenerational healing experience for women of color.

In partnership with Melanated in America, the Sip Prov is a monthly interactive comedic experience with dynamic live performances for participants to be creative, conjure up joy, release stress and gain understanding of the Melanated community.

Using food to heal, Flex Yo Health was an inspiring experience that provided participants with basic food techniques to help heal.

In Partnership with Tuyeni Akanke, The Home Girl Huddle Panel Discussion is an intergenerational healing experience for women of color.

Using acting as a tool, Healing Through Acting invited participants to work through their traumas in an expressive way.

The Breathe Experience is an celebration and reflection of healing culture.

Divine Healing Art was an exhibition, partnered with Dionne Victoria Studios, INC., that used art to heal the makes, the viewers and the community.
